Fahid Beach Residences is the inaugural residential development on Aldars flagship Fahid Island — a coastal wellness masterplan positioned between Yas and Saadiyat Islands with an 11 km coastline. Designed by celebrated Japanese-Australian architect Koichi Takada, the project comprises seven low-rise buildings offering 65 residences each, set directly along the Gulf shoreline.
